MasterSeal 582 (formerly ThoroSeal Foundation Coating) is a cement-based coating for below-grade exterior concrete and masonry surfaces to protect building interiors from dampness and moisture damage. Polymer-modified with MasterEmaco A 660, MasterSeal 582 creates a cost-effective durable waterproofing barrier.
- Heavy, cement-based coating, bonding well with concrete and masonry substrates.
- Protects building interiors from dampness and moisture damage.
- Resistant to both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure.
- Breathable; allows interior moisture to escape without damaging coating.
- Gray in color to blend into cement block and concrete walls.
